Slimming down weight is so much more than just looking good. Being overweight means potentially developing such diseases as type II diabetes, hypertension, high blood cholesterol, coronary heart disease and certain types of cancers. Can you afford to put off immediate action? Your life may depend on it.
It is relatively easy to lose weight; keeping it off is another matter.
How to lose weight? You have healthy choices, as described in these pages. I suggest only what I have personally experienced through the years.
I keep in trim with a healthy diet and regular work outs with loose weights, an hour three times a week, often in conjunction with other exercise regimens, as I have kept up since my teens. I am now over 70.
